We’ve updated the deadline for proposals to our open call. The deadline for initial submissions is still end of 1st November 2026 UTC. However you will still be able to update and refine submissions for a further week, until a hard deadline of 8th November. Your proposal should at least have a title and outline by the initial deadline. This applies to all submissions – talks, workshops and performances.
We know life is unpredictable – If you have problems with our deadlines, please do get in touch.
